Ordered flowers. Asked for primarily white with just a sprinkle of other colors. They were accommodating on timing but the flowers were not primarily white. Only cheap flowers and fillers were used. Not one rose.... not one. (I made them aware of the occasion). I did not have the time to talk to them about it on pickup. The arrangement looks "ok." (Disappointing was the word in my head as I walked out). It's a funeral arrangement... for a girlfriend's birthday (womp womp). At $130 I've had other florists put together MUCH better arrangements. I buy flowers regularly but won't be back as this happened the last time I was here also.

I placed an order for an arrangement for Mother’s Day and let’s just say I’m a little disappointed. This cost $85. In comparison to the photo on the webpage to what I received is an utter disappointment (and that is after they added actual blooming flowers to it). Outside of the roses none of the flowers were actually blooming and they are noticeably smaller in size than pictured. I was told “they just need sun light.” Well today and tomorrow is nothing but overcast skies and I didn’t pay for “they just need sunlight.” Majority of the store has flowers in full bloom so I am very confused. If you cannot put the product out that is displayed online then don’t advertise it. For everyone looking to buy make sure you check your arrangement before leaving so you’re not left feeling ripped off when you get home.

I ordered a gorgeous white sympathy bouquet of flowers delivered to my father's funeral. This what I got delivered. I am soooo upset and embarrassed that this happened. I called to get a refund. They 1st offered 15% discount. I said no...I want full refund. Then offered 30% discount! Ended up only giving me 50% off. This was there mistake and I should've been 100% refunded! Here's the flowers I ordered and the one I got! This was to represent my family's sorrow. Never again!

We used Memorial Florists for our wedding flowers and WOW, they were amazing! Molly was our florist and the arrangements she put together after our consultation exceeded our expectations and stayed within our budget. I highly recommend Memorial Florists.

Very disappointed in both the flowers we received but even more how we were treated. Do not get your prom flowers here! We have always gotten beautiful bouquets from MF but this year we were shocked. The bouquet was $50 and the boutonniere $25! It was nothing like we ordered. You commented to have me call you but its too late!! Prom is over and I tried desperately to talk to the lady that made the bouquet begging her to add something and she was unwilling to even listen to me! Who should I ask for when I call?
